About Y44 Gemini

Gemini is the most recent Yankee One-Design, built in 2009-2010 by the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding in Port Hadlock, Washington. Its construction is documented in WoodenBoat Magazine issue #221.

Gemini has one owner, who commissioned it to replace Y36 Venture when Venture had to be retired. Gemini was moored at The Center for Wooden Boats for its first few years, and then split its time between Puget Sound and Lake Union, with occassional sails on Lake Washington. It's been a much loved family boat, with many wonderful adventures daysailing, with some unforgettable racing and cruising.

Gemini is currently for sale. Contact the owner if you're interested.
